“I joined the Irish S&C Network as a student and personal trainer with no prior experience in S&C. I was absolutely overwhelmed by the kindness of those involved in the community. Their willingness to help and share ideas was extremely humbling.

I am now an experienced, paid, strength and conditioning coach, working with multiple teams in different sports, and can attribute the majority of what I have achieved to the invaluable connections I have made through the group”

The support I received was top class and having someone to run a mock UKSCA case study assessment and provide critical feedback was a major help in passing the UKSCA assessment.

I would highly recommend anyone looking to become UKSCA accredited to reach out to the Irish S&C network for help, as the support you will receive will be invaluable”.

“Since joining the network the first thing that stood out to me is that the members are really involved in the discussions, webinars and different groups. Within the community people are actively trying to help each other by sharing their knowledge and experiences that, nine times out of ten, can be applied directly into your own practise.

I believe the ISCN can become even better than it already is when the community continues to grow further.“
